This Is Cincinnati

As CEC’s second-ever location, CEC Cincinnati has been an important geographic market for the firm since 1992. In 2024, we grew our office space by roughly 50% through a move to Blue Ash — a central location in the Greater Cincinnati market. The office is anchored by long-term professionals with many years of experience assisting our clients with a broad range of challenging projects. Through our strong focus on mentoring talent, we’re developing the next generation of complete consultants — and strengthening a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that’s great for our clients and our organization.
Our experienced staff serves clients from all of CEC’s target market sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, oil & gas, power, solid waste, mining, and the public sector. We’ve built a long track record of success with municipal, state, and federal agencies and private institutions by providing client-first service to support all of their goals across the project life cycle — start to finish.
CEC Cincinnati is ranked #17 on the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Largest Cincinnati Area Engineering Firms list.

CEC Cincinnati is predictably Midwestern and we think that’s good for business. We take pride in having strong work ethics, a genuine desire to help our clients, and a friendly way of doing business. Above all, we value the personal relationships that we seek to build with our clients and fellow employees. Teambuilding outside the office happens periodically at family outings to see the Reds or FC Cincinnati, and more regularly when we share meals (Skyline Chili is just two minutes from the office!).

Our staff in Cincinnati recognize the civic responsibility that we have to use our collective talents to give back to the communities where we live and work.
Recently, we “adopted” a single mother with four children who was experiencing hard times. Working with the Salvation Army, staff from our office provided housewares, bedding, clothing, and food for each family member. Christmas morning was made extra special with wrapped gifts for the children.
