Senior leadership continues to advance and the number of employees in senior leadership continues to increase because mentoring, both formally and informally, is part of our culture – dynamically promoting the thriving of employees regardless of position. Since joining CEC in 2000 as a staff-level employee, I have benefited from being mentored and by mentoring and have seen the company expand while simultaneously sharpening its focus on mentoring. Empowering initiative-taking employees through the DMML model is a hallmark of CEC’s mentoring program.
