This year, we are celebrating five years of CEC Houston! CEC Houston has been in operation since 2019 and is comprised of a team specializing in the energy and related manufacturing markets in Texas, as well as the solid waste market. Our Houston-based experts have experience in permitting and compliance work with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Texas Railroad Commission.
Ryan Costello, interim Operations Lead of CEC Houston, says his team is largely made up of field employees and it’s the core of that office. “It’s something we lean into,” says Ryan. Every day he focuses on making sure all of his team members, especially those in the field, are taken care of. Ryan says CEC Houston is constantly growing, but they do currently have an established team of environmental scientists, civil engineering site inspectors, land surveyors, water resources experts, and more.
“With our different Texas locations having different service lines, I’m always able to easily call a fellow team member to receive the expertise or background needed for any given project.”
Furthermore, Ryan is thankful to have other CEC operations throughout the state of Texas (Austin, Corpus Christi, Eagle Pass, and Mission) with whom he and his team members closely collaborate on projects daily. This makes CEC poised to help clients throughout the state quickly and effectively. “With our different Texas locations having different service lines, I’m always able to easily call a fellow team member to receive the expertise or background needed for any given project,” says Ryan.
As CEC Houston celebrates its fifth anniversary, the team looks forward to continued growth and success. With a strong foundation of field employees and collaborative partnerships across CEC’s Texas operations, CEC Houston is well-positioned to tackle the challenges of any project.
