About CEC Athens
The Athens office was established in 2010 nearby in Sayre to provide professional services in support of the expanding natural gas industry. In 2019, the office was relocated to Athens, where we have additional room to grow and expand our services. We provide civil engineering, surveying, ecological, and environmental services. We specialize in state and federal environmental permitting for natural gas pipelines, waterlines, and other activities that involve construction of facilities or other earth disturbances. We also provide environmental monitoring and testing services to monitor and remediate environmental impacts. Our surveying services focus on the gathering of information for project design, construction stakeout, NSPS ALTA surveys, and as-builts of pipelines and facilities.
