Don Groesser, P.LS., CEC’s corporate Survey/Geospatial practice lead, recently had an article published in Pennsylvania Surveyor, a quarterly publication of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors. The article discusses the lack of Right of Entry legislation in Pennsylvania and how having such legislation would be in the best interest of clients and their subject properties, as well as adjoining owners and properties. In the article, Don advocates that surveyors and their staff should have immunity from trespass liability and encourages all Professional Land Surveyors to support the Right of Entry in Pennsylvania.
